The shipping personnel places the data loggers in the product boxes or palettes. Depending on the type of data logger it may be necessary to activate it or program its parameters. The programming can be done using a desktop computer or a mobile device.

Create the trip record
In a computer at the back office, or using a mobile device, a trip record is created, information about it is filled in and data loggers are assigned to it.

When a shipment reaches its destination, depending on your business workflow and data logger model, the receiver may download the logged data directly into

database or send the data loggers to us for download.
In case you use single trip loggers they can be kept for future reference. For multi use loggers the receiver will return them back to you or, if you have requested that service, we will handle the process for your convenience.

Notifications
Because you have the need to know,

generates automatic notifications when predetermined events occur.
For example, you may want your surveyor to receive a fax with the trip information and temperature chart when a trip arrives at destination.
Or perhaps you may want to receive an SMS if alarms have been generated for a shipment, so you can take corrective actions immediately.
